Comfortable room with a nice garden view! It's got A/C to keep you cool. Only thing missing is an iron and a new carpet. 😊

Peaceful, clean, warm (it was very cold outside and very warm inside- that's what we needed). Also nice and helpful receptionist and good breakfast. Thank you Justina & Slav
Everything was good. Thank you:))

I didn't hear any noise from other rooms. I liked the windows.
The small heater was inadequate. The radiator went off and I froze through the night. The next night, they fixed the radiator but it went off again. The diningroom was dark and freezing. I inquired re using their internet but the staff at the front desk didn't know how to access it. I inquired the next day from another staff member and they told me go to the front desk. Forget it, I never did get on their internet.

friendly staff, spacious room, good location
The only negative was the breakfast selection presented - it was very monotonous, and would have benefitted greatly from only a few additions - some fresh seasonal fruit (even some cut up apples, pears and oranges, for instance - not very expensive), and perhaps some cheese. That would have made up for the lack of any pastries or varietiy of bread/toast.

Very nice service.
The Spa and sauna was up for remodeling, but then they took down the sign and opened the spa for us, so you just have to tell them about an hour before you want to use it

Lovely small and reasonably priced hotel, I really enjoyed its very central location not far from common areas, including dinning hall, and everything, including putting the heating on. The breakfast was gorgeous with honey, toast, very simple and frequently replenished.
As for me, the area was very expensive.

Room was warm
Attention to details was lacking - bulb missing from bed side lamp, blanket had dirty marks on it, dust on skirting boards, curtains needed refit, breakfast not served until 8.30am, way too late for early starters and the breakfast area was freezing.

The location is excellent for bush walking, walking in general. It is a quite area with excellent access to all major locations both walking & driving. Room was comfortable, older style, with an air of the mountain retreat atmosphere. Would stay again.
The room was not very well sound-proofed, plumbing could be heard when anyone on either side and above went to the toilet. Some attention to the decor is needed I.E. curtains needed hanging properly, tiles and grout in between the tiles needed attention. One tile behind the access door broken, needs replacing. No meals cooked on site, though were available by ordering. Great dining room but only used for continental breakfast, seemed a bit of a waste of a large room.

The hotel gives great access to walking tracks from the 3 sisters - you can walk to the walk easily!
Our room was smaller than we expected from the photos. Also had 3 flights of stairs to negotiate.

Our room was serviced well and conveniently. The room was warm to come home to. We could walk to two restaurants for dinner nearby. It is great for seeing the 3 sisters each day.
Breakfast was basic. It was cold in the large room. Coffee was disapointing. The electric blanket cord was awkward to plug in and only just reached across some furniture. The bathroom needs retiling in the shower. There was built in mould there. people were smoking outside our bathroom and could hear me going to the toilet!
